Delivery
We deliver throughout Switzerland and we deliver the goods directly to the specified delivery address. The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days, however, delivery delays are reserved in exceptional cases. For the delivery of large furniture and bulky items, we will arrange a delivery date, whereby delivery may take more than 7-14 working days. Claims for damages due to delayed or non-delivery are excluded and any payments already made will be refunded. For security reasons, if payment is made by invoice, the invoice address cannot differ from the delivery address. If the package is already damaged upon delivery, we ask you to immediately complain to the courier or inform us.
Shipping costs
- In principle, we charge shipping costs of CHF 7.--
- From CHF 80.--, deliveries are free of charge
- For furniture over 15 kg, the 2-man delivery to the apartment option is available. Cost CHF 150.00
