Delivery
We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein and we deliver the goods directly to the specified delivery address. The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days, but delivery delays are possible in exceptional cases. When delivering large furniture and bulky items, we will agree on a delivery date, whereby delivery may take more than 7-14 working days. Claims for damages due to delayed or non-delivery are excluded and any payments already made will be refunded. For security reasons, the billing address cannot differ from the delivery address when paying by invoice. If the package is already damaged upon delivery, we ask you to complain to the courier immediately or to inform us.
Shipping costs
- We generally charge shipping costs of CHF 7.--
- From CHF 80.--, deliveries are free of shipping costs
- For furniture over 15 kg, the option of 2-man delivery to the apartment is available. Costs CHF 150.00
